All I saw in the debate, was vegetarians making scientific arguments and non-vegetarian trying to be funny and being insulting.

I'm sad that no one brought up animal based products like clothes or makeup etc.. Like I've seen people who advocate for animal rights wearing leather jacket and shit so could've brought that point up

The whole logic thing in this video is shit but that one logic that where you will get land for all this crops is one of the most illogical thing I had ever heard in my life. I mean that more than half of the farming land in this world is used to grow crops which are used to feed those animals which human later kill to eat. So basically if everyone becomes vegetarian then the food requirement of whole world will be fullfilled in much less farming land. Don't believe then Google it.

Veganism or vegetarianism only looks good at the surface, because most people are ignorant about things that humans have to do in order to survive, and yes killing or exploiting other species is the thing that every human is guilty of, either directly or indirectly yes reality is harsh but that's how nature is, you can live in your own delusions but that will only make you ignorant Do these vegetarian people even know that the dairy industry exploits far more animals than meat industry, and animals suffer for a longer time in dairy industries?? Even if somebody's vegan even then they have no point, because farming is causing deforestation and chemical fertilizers and pesticides are killing billions of birds and insects everyday, all that killing is necessary to feed the humans Those bird were also innocent, all they wanted was food, but toxic pesticides kills them, just because that food was supposed to go into your plate Millions of rodents get killed to protect that food stocked in storage Houses, because the population of rodents explode in such abundance of food, there's no other option to kill them Capture and release method isn't gonna work, because if you release that huge no population of rodents into woods then most of them gonna die because scarcity of food, otherwise if you release them near any human population, then it will only cause a bigger trouble for that particular population *Humans have to kill or exploit animals to survive*

Plant based proteins have all 9 essential amino acids. 3. You don't kill the entire plant for a fruit, and even if we you don't pluck the fruit, at one point it will eventually fall off. But you have to freaking kill the entire animal for meat. Fruit is the excretory (unrequired product of plant) product of plant. 4. In addition to that 1 kg of meat produces 6 times more carbon footprint than 1kg of vegetables. And if you compare it 1 kg of meat can only serve 1-3 people, whereas 1kg of vegetable is enough to feed 4-7 people. 5. To produce 1kg of meat we require about 20,000 litres of water, whereas to produce 1kg of wheat you only need 500 litres of water. That means meat requires 40 times more water than vegetarian options. 6. Humans are not required to maintain the ecological balance by consuming meat, we can let them in the wild and nature will do its job. 7. Most the viruses in the last decade are of animal origin and they spread among humans, because of us consuming them. Example: Corona Virus. 8. When butchering the animal, at lot hormones such as adrenaline, cortisol, and other steroids. Multitudinous studies suggest that the ingestion of such artificial hormones affect are reproductory organs, our gastrointestinal tract and even our own hormonal issues. Infact one of the leading causes of PCOS/PCOD in women is turning out to be consumption of meat.
